Banks often send out offers for certain people.
For example, Chase recently gave 5% cashback towards Travel and Gas purchases between 5/15-8/15. 
There should be an ability to manually add “bonus” categories with the ability to pick the dates the offer is active.

This! Need the ability to stack bonus categories.

Like additional 4% back on grocery on the CFF in the first year, retention bonus offers that offer higher percentages for limited time.

I've requested this before for the chase.com/mybonus website - I believe it was reported to be resolved. I don't think it was.
