Thats normal, Chase makes it hard for them to maintain proper connection over API so its always down, you might get lucky and manually reconnect, Check the status of chase when you click the top left icon , and go to your chase account

Tino V: Chase worked on and off for me for many months but it has not been able to connect at all for about 3 weeks now. I attempt a manual connect every few days.
