It’s insane to me that when brought up they put together a lackluster post last year that basically said that you need to literally call chase customer service to reset your password.

Piss poor management, they say that Chase isn’t interested in exposing their api yet YNAB, Rocket Money, Monarch, Sofi, and many others are able to leverage them. Work with an import partner then if you can’t figure it out. Gold subscribers who have Chase are literally getting robbed. This is management laziness, not “Chase deciding not to work with us”.
