Yes—It would be cool if we could take a transaction (or transactions) and create a category for transactions from that merchant, and categorize it (in terms of parent or child categories).

And then be able to add that category as a bonus category for a certain card.

Also to have the deals function work with it—like if I added Hannaford then because of the card deal for Hannaford would show that that was the best card to use at Hannaford.

Fully agree. I think adding parent or child categories would be great. Like create category AmexTravelHotels that’s a child of Amex travel but is also a child of hotel so you could see how your rewards stack up.
