You need to offer some sort of a lifetime option. Subscriptions suck.

Willing to purchase a lifetime and highly allergic to subscriptions.
Too friction points remain:
- banks keep disconnecting (pia)
- can’t pay bills or move funds between accounts.
- interface too cluttered - let us hide data that isn’t relevant to us (don’t need utilization, credit scores etc front and center 24/7, let it be a click to two deeper.
- would appreciate other ways to self organize content.
- older version was much nicer than this new UI…are there seasoned ux pros designing? Are they state side?
Note: Lifetime plans don’t need to be 24/7 lifetime, it could be just during special sales. Pay once for lifetime full access and be done with it. We don’t want the recurring fees, nor associated stress.
Example - Plex. Once in a while it has a lifetime plan. Purchased it, don’t even use it much - win for developer.
MaxRewards - there are many not directing funds at all to MaxRewards because of subscription only revenue model (lose/lose)…on principle we won’t bite and - regardless of new features or new future value…just say no to subscriptions. Lifetime plan would bring funds to MaxRewards that MaxRewards would never see otherwise. lose/lose for everyone.

We don't plan on offering a lifetime membership at this time, however we will always look to do what is best for our members, and will monitor this post for more interest.
