Manually add non supported cards

Emily Bingham This should definitely be reopened. Not being able to add cards like the PayPal debit card (with multiple 5% cash back categories to select from) is this apps biggest weakness. That alone leads me to use competitor apps.

Emily Bingham Why mark this as complete when you still haven't done it

Liang : Sorry, I must have misinterpreted what you were wanting, and thought this was a suggestion for adding unlinked cards.

Emily Bingham Basically, being able to add any unlinked card and label it with a limit and benefits.
For example, Redstone FCU card, I'd want to add it, assign it % categories, and my $5000 limit with it.
Otherwise, this app is quite useless if we have no way to add chunks of cards that aren't supported.

People have been asking for this for over three years. This should be a quick add to the application. Please add this feature. Add the ability to set percentages on categories. I have the Redstone FCU Visa that gives me 5% on dining and gas. It gives me 3% of six categories. The "Best Card Categories" is almost useless at this point. Thank you

Seriously, this would be one of the best additions to this app that would make me never change to a different one. Once this is added, I can manually input cards like my Redstone FCU Visa Sig. and Paypal MC with their credit limits so that my total credit limit is accurately portrayed

For cards that can’t connect like citi AA and citizens why don’t you make a manual feature to add info so that I can see overall picture of my credit cards in addition to a way to show benefits that can be added manually until you get these banks connected. This would make app so much better.

How do we manually add a card?

I just wanted to add that this feature would make it possible for me to manually add discounted gift cards as a “credit card” with a customized cash back promotion, which would be amazing, because then they could show up in the best cards to use category.
For example I’ve been buying discounted gas gift cards. I could say that the card gets X% off at the gas station brand. X% would be the discount (for example 1% off at Shell) PLUS the cash back I get at the credit card I use to buy the gift card (for example 5% with my Discover It through PayPal right now). So it would be 6% off at Shell.
I could also add a “max spend” amount to remind myself of how much value is on the gift card.
It wouldn’t automatically update for when I use the card (obviously—though it would be really cool if we could enter the gift card number and that info could be pulled from the gift card company), but it would allow them to be in the best card to use area, which would be awesome!

In the mean time. It would be nice to able to edit manually entered non support cards and their Credit limits and usage so that you can see you overall credit usage.
