None of my offers will activate in app.

I have 3 accounts across 2 banks. The AMEX offers used to activate in the past but I resynced today and they haven't been updating. I have tried deleting the app and re-adding the app, resyncing the accounts, deleting the accounts and re-adding them as well. I even tried combining these efforts. Nothing seems to be working to get the offers in the app. Everything else seems to be working fine, score, transactions, etc.
