In another popular finance app, there is a feature called “Scramble My Data”. When you want to show off the app to a friend, you click that button and it “scrambles” your data by replacing it with nonsense numbers, charts, and transactions. This nonsense data is good enough to show off the majority of the features of the app without exposing your personal financial data.

I’d love to be able to show my friends the Max Rewards app without them seeing my transactions, my credit score, my credit cards, my rewards balance, etc.
